He specialises in civil procedure, in particular in disputes between banks and consumers arising from CHF mortgages.
He gained his professional experience in reputable Warsaw law firms, dealing with cases concerning inheritance, compensation claims, family law and real estate law (with particular emphasis on cases regarding acquisitive prescription or expropriation). He has also conducted numerous real estate due diligence analyses. He provides comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs and in criminal matters.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. He won a distinction in the national competition for the best master’s thesis in 2017, organized by the National Chamber of Tax Advisers. Registered on the list of attorneys of the ORA in Warsaw (entry number WAW/ADW/9588).
