Konrad Staniszewski
Attorney-at-law, Senior Associate
Specializes in selected aspects of civil, administrative, labor and copyright law as well as solving issues in the field of debt management. Attorney in numerous court and enforcement proceedings for the collection of receivables in bankruptcy proceedings, including cooperative savings and loan associations. He assisted, among others, the Office of the Mazovian Regional Conservator of Monuments in the areas of administrative, civil and labor law. As part of his professional work, he provided legal services to a variety of business entities, including a large development company with a nationwide reach, where he worked as Head of the Legal Department, preparing from a legal perspective, among other things, the share convocation procedure, the issuance of several series of corporate bonds, and served as a proxy.
He is the author of training courses and lectures on, e.g. electronic proceedings in administrative matters, electronic signature and copyright law conducted for the Higher School of Humanities in Gdansk and associations of photographers.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw (entry no.: WA-10760).
In his spare time he promotes board games and reads comic books.
