Klaudia Petruk

Specialises in civil law. She supports the firm’s clients in court disputes, particularly those related to business trading, competition law and loans concluded in CHF.

As part of her legal career to date, she has gained experience in law firms in Lublin and as an assistant judge at the Court of Appeal in Warsaw.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. A participant in the Most Programme at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.  Coordinator and organiser of international exchanges between court employees from all over the European Union within the projects of the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution and the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN). She has participated in numerous conferences in Strasbourg, Lisbon and Thessaloniki.

She speaks English and French.

In her free time, she discovers new places on the world map and immerses herself in reading crime books.
