Specialises in broadly defined civil law, commercial law and civil procedure. Represents clients from the banking sector in court proceedings, mainly in disputes with consumers on the so-called franking credits.
Her professional experience was gained in the District Court in Konin as a judge’s secretary and in the offices of legal counsels and an advocate in Konin. She has dealt with cases in the field of criminal law, civil law, commercial law, administrative law as well as labour law and social security law while providing ongoing services to individuals and legal entities. Her areas of interest include medical law and health care, construction law and energy law.
She has represented clients in numerous court proceedings and before public administration and law enforcement authorities.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
