Ewa Sitarz
Advocate Trainee, Junior Associate
She specialises in competition and consumer protection law.
Her professional experience was gained, among others, in the European Parliament (internship as a lawyer-linguist), in the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and in Warsaw law firms.
She has participated in projects that involved reviewing Due Diligence and drafting legal opinions. She advised on the legal compliance of contract templates and business solutions. She has handled a number of M&A transactions – primarily in the area of notification of intent to merge businesses.
Her experience includes providing legal training dedicated to entrepreneurs and specific professional groups.
Co-author of publications and articles on state aid and competition law.
She speaks English and French.
Graduate of law studies at the University of Warsaw. She participated in the Erasmus+ programme where she studied at Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium. In addition, she participated in the Master franco-polonais Droit français et européen des affaires programme organised by the French Law Centre as part of the cooperation between the University of Warsaw and Université de Poitiers.
She is currently a trainee advocate and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
She is a ballroom dancer. Her greatest achievements include winning the Polish vice-championship in the under-21 category, as well as taking part in close finals at world championships and other prestigious tournaments around the world.
