The area of his practice includes civil procedure, in particular handling litigation related to the banking sector.
He gained his professional experience in a Warsaw law firm, focusing on issues related to civil proceedings, with particular emphasis on enforcement proceedings, and in the legal department of a joint-stock company in Warsaw. Author of the publication “Establishment of a curator for a debtor whose place of residence is unknown in enforcement proceedings” in the Monitor Prawniczy (MOP 2022, No. 13).
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. Currently an advocate trainee at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
