Responsible for supporting processes related to human resources management.
She maintains HR documentation and employee databases. She coordinates and participates in recruitment processes, and supports newly hired employees in the onboarding process, organising introductory training and helping them adapt to the new work environment. Cooperates with the finance department, dealing with payroll administration, time recording and other non-wage benefits. She is responsible for the development of the organisational culture and wellbeing of colleagues.
