Specialises in Polish and EU competition law and consumer protection cases. She advises manufacturers, wholesale distributors and retail chains, including e-commerce and telecommunications, leasing, pharmaceutical and aviation businesses.
She supports clients in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, as well as before the regulators of the television market (the President of the National Broadcasting Council), telecommunications market (the President of the Office of Electronic Communications) and energy market (the President of the Office of Energy Regulation). She advises on projects related to obtaining state aid.
She worked at the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for twelve years, where she gained extensive experience during investigations and searches of entrepreneurs, also in cooperation with the European Commission. From 2016 to 2018, she held the position of Deputy Director of the Competition Protection Department of the OCCP.

Anna Pietrzak specialises in civil procedure, with a particular focus on regulations concerning proceedings involving business entities and enforcement proceedings, representing clients at every stage of the proceedings.
She has represented businesses in competition and consumer protection law proceedings, including antimonopoly proceedings for practices that infringe collective consumer interests and concentration cases, as well as advertising law and consumer issues, including proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. She is also experienced in providing corporate services.
Anna gained her experience by working for international law firms, Polish law firms as well as during many years of providing legal services to the largest cable operator in Poland.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She was a scholarship holder of the Summer School of International Trade and Law organized by the Catholic University of America in Washington and the Jagiellonian University. She is entered in the list of legal advisers of OIRP in Warsaw (WA-12817).
Privately, she is interested in widely understood electronic music, being a music journalist and DJ. She has got an impressive collection of vinyl records.
