Agnieszka Nazar-Strzelecka

She is involved in handling cases of mortgages indexed to Swiss francs of one of the banks.

She gained her professional experience working for 17 years in the civil departments of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw. She is familiar with the whole process of document circulation at each stage of the case – from registering the case, through preparing copies, preparing statements of validity, and enforceable titles, keeping control of horizontal complaints, complaints for protraction of proceedings and applications for justification of judgments.

Graduate of the Higher School of Pedagogy of the Polish Teachers’ Union in Warsaw. She has completed courses on corruption in public administration and business, protection of classified information, management control and risk management in common court units, team management in the secretariat, effective team communication and courses related to personal development.

She speaks English.
