Within the area of consumer protection law, our lawyers conduct audits of products, contract templates, marketing information, internal regulations of an enterprise, applied rules of direct marketing, and personal data processing of customers – from the perspective of practices infringing collective consumer interests and abusive clauses.
BWHS also provides legal support and representation of clients in situations where the OCCP issues a public warning or interim decision and represents clients before the President of the OCCP in cases of practices that infringe collective consumer interests and in cases where provisions of the model agreement are deemed prohibited.
Our lawyers provide highly regarded in-house training, with a particular focus on the practicalities of consumer issues.
