Specialises in new technology law, including copyright law and personal data protection. Assists in the implementation of IT projects and the drafting of contracts. Represents clients in litigation. Participates in conducting legal audits and due diligence.
He gained professional experience in the field of culture and science, participating in the implementation of projects supporting digitisation and modern scientific communication, including the European projects OpenAIRE+ and FOSTER. He was a member of the Open Science Platform team at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computer Modelling at the University of Warsaw. He is the author of scientific, popular science and expert publications. He has been in the BWHS team since 2017.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He holds a PhD (his dissertation prepared at the Faculty of History of the University of Warsaw was devoted to digital history, i.e. historiography in the era of digital transformation). He is registered on the list of attorneys-at-law (entry no. WA-16936). He speaks English.
