Represents clients in court proceedings, both on the grounds of civil proceedings, including commercial, and administrative issues.
Additionally, she specialises in commercial company law and mergers and acquisitions.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She completed postgraduate studies at the Academy of Companies at the Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies at the Lazarski University: Restructuring and Insolvency Law – Restructuring and liquidation of a company.
She gained professional experience as an assistant judge in one of the Commercial Departments of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw.
She is an advocate at the Warsaw Bar Council (entry no. WAW/Adw/5533).
She spends her free time cycling and discovering interesting corners of Poland and Europe.
