Joanna Chojnacka specialises in civil litigation, in particular disputes between banks and consumers regarding the so-called Swiss franc mortgages. She gained her experience in law firms, non-governmental organisations and the largest and oldest housing cooperative in Warsaw.
She has professional experience in aviation law and in cases concerning legalization of residence and granting international protection to foreigners.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She is entered in the list of legal advisers of OIRP in Warsaw (WA-14404). She speaks English and German and is currently learning Spanish.
She is interested in civil and administrative law. In her free time she explores Romanian history and literature as well as fine arts and applied arts of the 20th century.
