Andrzej specializes in litigation before common courts, arbitration tribunals, the President of UOKiK (consumer protection office) and administrative authorities. He is a valued expert in dispute resolution and arbitration according to Chambers international ranking of law firms and in consumer affairs according to Rzeczpospolita ranking of law firms.
Gained his experience providing day-to-day legal services and legal representation to companies from such sectors as finance, construction and telecommunications. In the years 2001-2009, he worked with GWW law firm, since 2005 as a partner heading the firm’s litigation department. Andrzej has represented clients in disputes in the areas of corporate disputes, investment processes, developer agreements, marketing and advertising law, as well as in cases concerning the infringement of collective consumer interests. He has advised on complex settlements ending multithreaded corporate disputes, conclusion and performance of contracts related to acquisition and servicing of mass customers, development of contract templates and conducting nationwide comparative advertising campaigns.
Also served as an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Professional Volleyball League and as member of the Licensing Committee for the Polish Football Association’s Ekstraklasa. He is an arbitrator at the arbitration court of the Polish Football Association. He conducted many training courses for professionals, in particular for notaries and notary trainees, as well as for members of the Polish Association of Real Estate Developers, Association of House and Apartment Builders, students of postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. Andrzej has lectured at trainings organised by C.H.Beck, MMC, Infor, Institute for International Research, Nowoczesna Firma, Rzeczpospolita, Puls Biznesu. He also was a columnist for legal periodicals. Co-author of the monograph “Umowa deweloperska w praktyce” published by Wolters Kluwer in 2014.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He completed his judicial and legal adviser course. He is entered in the list of legal advisers of the OIRP in Warsaw (entry no. WA-9999). Member of the Competition Law Association. He speaks English.
In his free time he is an amateur ornithologist.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and postgraduate studies in accounting at Poznań University of Economics. Entered in the list of tax advisors kept by the National Chamber of Tax Advisors (entry no. 09942). He started his professional career in tax consultancy in 1999 at Arthur Andersen, an international consultancy company. In 2001-2009, he worked at PwC, where he headed the tax department in Poznań and Gdańsk.
In his spare time, he enjoys climbing.
Mirosław Skrycki specialises in litigation and arbitration proceedings, in particular related to commercial trading, antitrust and competition law as well as criminal proceedings. His experience in this field includes, among others, the practice of law as an advocate, many years of work as an assistant judge in the Court of Appeal and personal experience in conducting activities in the markets related to investment processes, commercial and training activities.
He conducted trainings and lectures on substantive and procedural civil law, including among others Postgraduate Studies of Developers organized under the auspices of Warsaw School of Economics by Polish Association of Developers, events organized by Puls Biznesu and Pro Futura Foundation. He worked with with Polskie Wydawnictwa Profesjonalne, Wolters Kluwer Polska, as well as with personnel consulting companies: Specialist and Friends, Idea! Management Consulting, ACCESS – Doradztwo Kadry Zarządzanie, IMPACTIVE Key Polska.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan and also completed his postgraduate course at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of bankruptcy and reorganisation law. He is entered in the list of attorneys of ORA in Warsaw (no. 4995). In the years 2005-2013, he attended numerous training sessions organised by the National Centre for Common Courts and Public Prosecution Training, and later by the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.

Mirosława specialises in civil litigation, including commercial litigation and labour law litigation. She also provides day-to-day legal advice to clients in these areas of law.
Her experience of over 20 years includes conducting numerous dispute cases on acts of unfair competition, in particular in telecommunication industry, complex commercial disputes and representation of employers in labour courts. She has got a unique ability to identify and qualify complex facts in multithreaded cases covering various aspects of business and various areas of law. She provides legal training to clients. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. In the years 2000-2005, she completed her judicial apprenticeship at the District Court in Gorzów Wielkopolski and her attorney-at-law apprenticeship at the Wielkopolska Bar Association. She is entered in the list of attorneys-at-law of ORA in Warsaw (entry no. 4989). He speaks English.
In her spare time, Mirosława loves playing badminton, long-distance mountain-hiking and some good non-fiction.
